I will be on Fox 9 on October 21 to FINALLY make my polenta recipe! So I hope those who can, will tune in and that I won't look or act like a complete dork! I say with nothing but love for myself, of course. I have to bring all my ingredients and utensils and cook on air, but the Chef from restaurant will have already prepared our dishes in advance for the judges. So, fortunately there won't be TOO much pressure.
