It has been a busy month!

I have been busy with life this past May! My hair appointment was fun as always. Sara is just a hoot and so creative. I traded in my blue extention for one light pink and one hot pink one. A little sassier for spring and summer I thought. I have also been very busy turning 40! Quite a production you know. We had a wonderful weekend in downtown Minneapolis with friends, hotel rooms and dinner at Ruth's Chris.

I hope to post some delicious recipes tonight. My Mother's Day menu turned out spectacular! I have also a delicious polenta recipe from Ina Garten to share. Al and just love it and will be dining on polenta with our steaks, bruschetta and wine for our 11 year anniversary on Saturday.
