But wait!!!!!!!! Recipe contest Update!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was wrong. Very wrong! But in a good way! I HAVE been chosen as a finalist in the recipe contest for the Bloomington ChopHouse! I had just ASSUMED I hadn't won because I hadn't heard anything, but I heard tonight! I received the call from the restaurant that I was a finalist and could I appear on t.v. on Thursday for the cook off...and naturally I will be camping in Bayfield then! Argh! BUT apparantly the other finalist is also leaving town, going out of the country actually and is not able to make it either. SO, either they will postpone the cook off until after Labor Day, or they will have the chefs at the restaurant do the cook off and choose the winner live on tv on Thursday mornings Fox 9 Morning Show. I will find out tomorrow...and since I will be sans computer, I will keep you all in suspense until further notice-unless they call me before I leave tomorrow morning! The woman that called even said It was very good!!!

So fingers crossed everybody!
